Pump track Wals-Siezenheim
The course consists of two mirrored pump tracks and a jump line with three jumps. The two pump tracks have been deliberately designed to allow you to compete against each other. As the track design is the same, except for the mirroring, it is possible to see in direct comparison on which lap the faster athlete is riding. This turns the pump track into an exciting head-to-head racetrack.
Nevertheless, the loop can also be ridden as a whole. There are no limits to creativity when it comes to pump track riding. This also applies to the attached jump line. The big jumps are especially fun for more experienced riders, without having to sacrifice safety.
However, the local cycling club does not only use the pump track for races and tricks. The technical aspects of cycling can be well trained on the premises. Here, a group meets weekly and practises coordination, balance, riding safety and jumps. These skills are fundamental, which will later be useful in road traffic as well as in biking in general.
